you could then deconstruct the mentality of the officer. first you find out that he racially profiles, get an admission that he only racially profiles, find the mandate that says DHS does not racially profile, then find other parts about him to pick apart at, such as the fact that he does not follow procedure, then conclude that one's clients rights were violated.
this is how people get off from seemingly clear cut murder charges.
