Well I have called Scot and was told that LCY-BHD is now starting "middle of April" (and no more precise date than that, which makes me think it is still wishful thinking), which contradicts all the information given so far which said a March 26 start date. Yep, looks like a franchising agreement. BTW, the flights are now for sale on the AF website. Interestingly, the website says 'operated by Cityjet', which confirms that it is more of a franchise agreement than a codeshare. Prices start at £103.40 return with tons of availability at present.
Flight timings are more geared towards BHD-originating pax than LCY. Starts beginning of April as planned, apparently.
