Only three returns? If you plan on making two more trips you could look at the Routepass. Only a 10% saving when buying "business or full economy tickets in advance" but it does given immediate Silver status. There is also the Company Routepass if you have colleagues who fly that way and you can still get Silver status immediately yourself.
