The answer would be no. The deal with getting 100% EQM for purchasing on CO.com is solely a CO "thing" for its OnePass members.
As long as it is operated by CO, you'll only get 50% EQM on fare classes lower than V.

But, I suppose if you get the whole ticket to be on NW metal, then you'll be able to get 100% EQM then...? (I'm still trying to figure this out.)
