FD PE's do indeed get EUA upgrades on CO and NW... BUT... it is often a complete pain trying to get a FD FF number into the right place in the reservation and automatic upgrades frequently fall by the wayside. FD GE and SE don't quality but sometimes luck out.
Nobody gets automatic upgrades on intra-Europe flights BTW - it's a uniquely U.S. perk.
