US based traveller here, joined BAEC in early Jan. this year, and made Silver a few weeks ago. I'm still waiting for my Blue card.
As far as I know, they no longer issue Blue cards and haven't done for a number of years.
Maybe I'm thinking of the luggage tags. Either way, I was a Blue member for more than a year and never received a card. None of my friends or colleagues have ever received a Blue card. Maybe it's a US rule or we've just been unlucky.
