Sounds like French CTS agents have learned some bad habits from some of the UK CTS agents...

For IEC, yes its serviced out of the UK and it acts pretty much like a UK account for benefits. You will as the basic (main) cardholder get your main card and an A.C (Additional Card). So that you can separate spend out, say Business and Personal. I use mine to separate out online and non-online purchases (but then that;s because I have my card compromised a few times, though AmEx haven't always been great at telling me that until I find out myself when I try to use the card and it has been stopped! ).

However for UK and IDC/IEC accounts they are rolled up into one bill. You can't have a direct debit set up to cover the AC card though you can do this with the German card if I recall.

No card issued out of the UK is issued in Titanium.
