I'm not sure what their Contract of Carriage says, but CO changed my flights so I'm now arriving 8-hours later than planned... however, b/c the outbound's virgin (I have an 8-hour layover at EWR - there's no other connecting flight that will get me to EWR in time for my flight, due to the holiday) they claim I have no case.
