Thanks for the great trip report. It sounds like you had a good time, despite of getting sick in the middle of the trip.

The service/amenity issues sounded like a typical W hotel, but I'm sure the beauty of the location was worth it. Hopefully you got the outrageous phone charge issue resolved.
