Just for future reference -- cross-posting is really frowned upon here. I saw that you posted
the same thread on the Hilton HHonors board. Probably the best place for it ... so just a friendly "how to" for future reference.
To stay on topic, I'd be prety ticked if I saw this sort of thing at the Hiltons I frequent. If it's truly a matter of monitoring customers in case a dispute arises, I'd suggest that perhaps their bar staff either needs to be more attentive or needs to confirm orders with patrons if that's where they're seeing disputes.
