And that was after calling up once a week begging for it, and being told that not only had it been sent out, but that a replacement had also been sent to me. After listening to the call centre twatwaffling about it I put my foot down, and wouldn't go away until my card came.

Finally, three months later, I got three envelopes in the post the same day. A shiny gold card, and two packs of two luggage tags.
