The ONLY 2 real problems I had with was my dealings with the Terraces dragons. I was not expecting any red carpet treatment, only the treatment that is spelled out in the OW guide and BA agreed to. The other was the fact that BA knew there were about 50 people making diffferent connections, and they were not ready, although they promised that they will be there for us. It was announced during the wait for the gate. All the names were called out and promised CSR meetings, then nothing.......

Everything else was part of the deal. I said it earlier, but apparently some have a hard time with reading apprehension.....
OK, so BA didn't have customer service staff waiting for misconnected pax with new BPs, which other airlines will do (SQ,CX, sometimes LH). That however does not mean that they weren't active in the background.

Two weeks ago I was delayed for 4 hours at JFK due to snow. I was in the JFK F lounge checking my onward options LHR-FRA when I saw that BA had already added a new connecting flight to my amadeus reservation.

After landing at LHR (and fighting my way from T4 to T1) I went straight to the T1 F lounge and got my new BP there. ^
