It can't hurt. And yes, you can get retrospective credit for the ABZ flights. Once at silver (19k), you can get lounge access on all but 'tiny' fares, and TAs can't issue those anyway.

In addition... Are you aware that WX/CB are starting an LCY-BHD service?
