As far as the Supreme Court's flying saucer, I heard that it's actually what's left of the revolving restaurant that used to be on top of the Furama Hong Kong, before it got redeveloped. Most S'pore architecture isn't all that striking.

The Parkview is pretty impressive. It looks like it belongs in New York, though, rather than lurking just outside the CBD.
