Interesting. I have been able to combine AF/KL/NW/CO (read: all 4 together) in the same RT award. However, only with AF one way & KL the other in the Transatlantic segments with CO & NW relegated to US domestic flight.
This is what i call a skyteam award: one ticket number, one amount of taxes for the whole routing, one amount of miles deducted (50/80/100)
