I switched from US to UA in February 2006. I have been fairly happy with the service I have received from UA.

Just as the OP mentioned - with US removing a lot of F seats...I'm even happier now.

My only problem with UA is ORD. I'm tired of sitting there for hours on end. With US, I could have made the same statement replacing ORD with PHL.
