Yeah, I can confirm that Flight 50/51 into and out of FRA from EWR has the empower style adapter plug.

However, I've had mixed results. On Both Flight 50/51 and flight 850/851 (EWR/PEK) I've had to play musical chairs with my connectors to get them to work.

For example... recently on a trip to China with the wife, my seat's plug didn't work but my wife's did.

On the way back we each had a row. I tried my laptop on all 3 power ports in each of the two rows. None worked... except one which would flick on and off constantly.

On the flight 50/51, same thing... no go on all seats within my reach.

I've had this issue with two different empower adapters.
