Can I cancel the last leg of a mile booking and get taxes back?

Say I have the following booking: FRA-LHR-YYZ-LHR-FRA all booked with Miles in C, and all with stopover in LHR.
Can I cancel the last segment LHR-FRA (rather then just not taking the flight) and get some taxes back, or is this a complete no no, as I should be taking the last leg of the trip?

Edited to add: in the title I did mean miles booking and not "mile booking"...
It did cost me more then just one mile!
