I've had a few PMs about this over on PTS where people are converting larger numbers of vouchers - it seems to be that £350 is the tipping point - however to be on safe side I have been converting mine in under £100 increments. It does seem that Tesco are trying to clamp down on larger amounts and security check - you should have them within your account or another notification with 48 hours though from what I gather
