This is correct - I have flown on both these flights. IIRC that NW 5 was a BOS-ORD-SEA-NRT flight. This was a 747 from DTW, but something a lot smaller on BOS-DTW. I tried to get on this flight segment but was frequently unable to due to high load factors.
