I remember that in their last days, BRANIFF
flew BOS to LGW,AMS,BRU,ORY. Hilarious.
so I asked around at the WC about this.
One of the more knowlegable staff confirmed
that NWA did indeed aquire the route authorites from BI when they liquidated
( in 1981/3 ???).
