Totally agree with your point. But since I only had one long-haul in LH C this March ( ) I haven't been pampered with her culinary artistry just yet

Couple of days ago on LH457, they had a guy from the Peninsula Beverly Hills. Totally unimpressed. I'm afraid that catering on UA C is better than LH at this point, even without that signature-chef BS...

However, the prize for the most uninspired, mainstream selection goes to the Sommelier (who seems to have a long term contract with LH) for his reds...
