Does Vueling use the LCC/charter terminal in MXP? If so then 1 hour is definitely cutting it VERY close even when on time. This terminal is across the airport, a few kilometers from the regular terminal (which AZ uses). I guess there is some sort of shuttle bus available but it will still take some time. And my experiences on baggage delivery at Italian airports are less than favorable (30+ minutes at MXP, 45 minutes at FCO), which is an added hassle.

If possible reconsider to allow for 2-3 hours connection time.
