If you don't want to take my word for it then go to the US forum and read the "CP swan song" thread, or any of the other countless threads complaining about US.

I'm a long time HP flyer and I would never fly US on an intl itinerary.

120 Segments for top tier.
Little to no food on most domestic F flights
PHL
Less F seats that on comparable AA aircraft
Mesa Airlines
Worthless SWU's
Elite upgrade issues
Web site riddled with frequent problems.
CS agents that have no ability to do anything.
Luggage issues
