Are you sure that it's a 767-200 on this route? It looks as though it's an A340-300 for the summer. Normally when AC puts a -200 on an International route it's sold as all economy with the Business seats being assigned to Full fare and status pax. Just to note that the Business Cabin on the -200 is a Domestic Business configuration.
