No fee for refunding miles back into account?
For the first time ever I have the option in MMB to cancel/Refund a redemption booking.
Just thought I would go through all the steps (including putting in the CC number etc) until the last page that shows you what you will be refunded, just before final confirmation.
Well, it told me I would be refunded x amount for the taxes, and in the miles part is said I would be refunded x miles back into my account.

Nothing at all about the £30 charge per ticket for refunding the miles back!
