Hi...

Just got a Toshiba Satellite U200 today, and after turning it on and getting it set up something Ive noticed is that its more noisy than I expected it to be...

Sorry if this sounds simplistic and vague but the way I see it is that I go to class at college and many of my classmates use laptops in class...and they don't make a whisper at all!!...this one, it occasionally hums very softly at a high pitch (but still noticeable) for a few seconds at a time...its enough to annoy me when it happens, but Im not sure if its just me and my hearing being ultra sensitive, or if I bring it to class my other classmates will notice too and ask me not to use it?

Is this common for new laptops...will be it quieter overall after I use it some more?
