LCY is good for such things... I have arrived there 5 minutes after scheduled departure to find my BP already printed (this was on LX, by the way), zero security queue, and the plane waiting (inbound delay) at gate 3. I reckon from the top-hatted man opening the taxi door to pushback was about 3 minutes.
