I called when landed. Gave them more than enough time. When I got on the shuttle 20 minutes later, the driver said "I have another walk on" but I corrected him and said I had called. He quickly blamed his manager for something but I am not sure what the manager has to do with this. They have plenty of shuttles but you have to get on the right one for your lot. There are MANY different lots. I watched two B's go by before the G showed up.
