My last few experiences with the new ES inter europe catering box.... I have been taking one look at the rubbish in the box and asking what the Y class sandwitch was, which turns out most of the time to be more tasty and filling than the box!! After sending in a complaint letter a month ago ,last week I recived a standard reply letter from KLM saying the standard " .. we are commited to the quality of our meals.....bla bla bla "

I guess if we send in a few more complaint letters then they may do somthing about it and improve it ... anyway we can all live in hope
