Thanks, folks, for your suggestions. As it turns out, I won't be traveling solo. My favorite uncle and I will be heading down for a week in late April/May. We've rented an apartment in the Recoleta/Barrio Norte area.

If you had to pick one or two excellent parrillas in that area, or anywhere nearby, what would you all suggest, please?
