I checked prices for an ET return on BAngalore.com and AA.co.uk. AA was cheaper so I booked. Fare basis was DEUNBA in ET.
However, availability for the flights on KVS was (and still is) showing as follows:

So, there was availability in ET in R outbound and V inbound, no availability in D, but availability CE in J.
I then pulled up the booking in MMB and it says full mileage and 40TPs.
Also AA gave me pre-assigned seats in ET without having my BAEC number in the booking.
