I was on the 2:15 PM LAX/MEM flight on 12/25/03 and can report the following:

The LAX Club has the work cubes rearranged to make the large room more private and there are new dial/data phones located near almost every seat.

The changes, while minor and probably inexpensive to make have made the club much better to work in.
