By quarter. In other quarters, since the "clock" is not reset in terms of earning 500'ers, you could get your first set of 500'ers with flying only 1,000 miles in that quarter. Therefore, they post after you fly 10,000 BIS miles in that quarter, and 500'ers have already posted. Only typically sweep the second Saturday of the month.
