OOPS I made a mistake, I wanted to write hilton because it's just behind the RER station.
I think it's more easy to meet you at the RER station outside rather than going to T2.
Your friend just have to take the bus outside to the RER/T3 station it's well indicated and will be less stressed to catch the bus to RER than to find his way to the sheraton.
