Do CR-1s depend on BIS or EQM per quarter?
I have 9845 BIS miles in Q1 but about 12000 EQM, should I book a quick run to LAX just to be sure that lock in my CR-1s for the quarter?

FWIW, I have several international trips in Q2, and will make 1K comfortably, so do not need the miles if not to ensure the CR-1s for Q1.
