There has been quite a bit posted about the Grande Vista property, so a search will grant you a lot of good info. You can also check out TUG, the Timeshare Users Group, to find out about all the area Marriott Timeshares.

I have stayed there and it is a very nice facility and the rooms have a lot of space. It has a couple of nice pools, play areas for kids, and lots of daily activities. The complex is pretty large, but very clean and fairly new looking. Overall, it is probably one of the nicest MVCI properties in the Orlando area.

One more suggestion might be, using marriott.com, to search the all the Orlando area MVCI properties for points availabilty for the dates of you stay. Marriott has been known to offer Pointsavers for some of their MVCI properties in the Orlando area. You might be able to save some points that way.
