I wonder if BA sees LHR as a liability in any way? Or is its popularity of location, along with its global network, and proximity to the City, enough to quell any worries about the many inconviences experienced by passengers?

Does anybody think things will truly improve at T5, besides a better terminal experience? A new building won't solve labor disputes, runway congestion, staff shortages, secucrity scares etc. etc...
