I bought and paid for my LONE6 through IB. Halfway round I changed the routing significantly (completely different airports and countries) and paid the change fee. Now at every airport I have to pay the taxes separately even though I had already paid the taxes for airports I'm now not using.

Should IB reimburse me for the unused airport taxes? How should I go about doing this? I'm collecting airport tax receipts as I go!
