Te glitch continues, and it is a genuine PITA. I have reservations booked for others, and pffft! nada, so I have to input the PNR and name again, but it will cycle back off again.

As to getting this fixed, remember, this was the outfit that was going to allow EXPs to view the eVIP summary in our online account data. In this instance, their inability to accomplish this relatively minor bit of data legerdemain at least gave us an extra benefit - the extended eVIP longevity we benefit from. But it is not so with some of the other bits and pieces of crAAp, like the reservations display.
