It's not really the agents' faults - but rather the system in which they have been told what to do...
The queue system is bad.. there is no 'emergency' queue when one wants the ticket to be issued immediately. That's what happened to me.. TG had a ticketing deadline which BD did not see. 2 persons travelling. My friend whose last name began with "D", had his ticket issued first. And, my last name begins with "T" was issued the day after... after TG had cancelled my portion of the ticket, and the ticketing agents issued the ticket as they saw it without knowing that there was a sector missing.
