When you consider how much a UGS contributes to UAUA's bottom line $400 is a small price to keep him happy and come back again.

I sent in a Skykit recently for broken audio on NRT-LAX (upgraded C). I expect I will get around $200 or so.

On the Skykit form I wrote that since it was an international flight and most of my flights are international I would prefer a voucher good on them. Will post the results.
