I am finding more delays at YYC & YEG, but not because of AC's airstaff or gate agents but because of ramp workers and luggage. We board the plane on time everyone is on, and the announcement comes on that we are waiting for luggage to be loaded, we are waiting for staff to push off, . We land at YYC ontime get close to the gate and the announcements come on, we are waiting for a ramp crew to guide us to the gate. It is getting more and more in my opinion (just based on my own flight experiences). I think it is the Alberta labour market, or a lack of AC to address the labour market pressure in Calgary and Edmonton.
