Hi,

Sorry but BA do not fly to Heathrow form TPA but they do fly to London Gatwick ( LGW)

Coach ( World Traveller) about 31-32 inches of pitch in a 3-3-3 configuration

World Traveller Plus about 38 inches of pitch in a separate cabin ahead of coach ( so you should get the meals served first) in a 2-4-2 configuration. Also you will get 75 tier ponits and 125% miles each way

The seats recline a bit more so it is more comfortable than coach.

As to whether it is worth it, I would say probably ( esp on an overnight flight)
