What a disaster in YOW yesterday...I ended up switching to AC 177 since it was the earliest flight that left YOW for the scheduled mid morning departures. This flight didn't leave until 11:48am. At least I was able to secure a seat on it though and make it to the city, inevitabely late for my meeting but glad to have gotten there.

Hats off especially to the gate agents for all of their hard work processing all of the changes and addressing many peoples questions and concerns.
