I am currently trying to get a redemption ticket issued by BD. They keep calling me to confirm the cash component and I always ask them to go ahead and issue the ticket, whithout any luck. This Indian call centre is useless.

How long does it take them to do this and what is my escalation point if they don't manage to do it by the time I am supposed to fly ?? God knows how many times they will charge me ...
