Tokyo is a big, modern city ( I lived there ). Hong Kong is a big, modern city.

Looking over the list I've picked, it's probably obvious that my choices are based on lots of factors other than just being a big city with "lots of action". The criteria is very subjective and different for different folk?

But getting LOTS of great ideas off this thread!!! THANKS ALL!
