I tried paypal, they stoped the transaction and said it was a cash advance and not a purchase. I was able to do it for one month, but not the second. I sent my roommate a paypal payment fopr the rent. Paypal said it looked like a cashadvance since we are in the same houshold and have the same address on our seperate paypal account.
