This has been discussed numerous times and the short answer is no. I am in the same situation, my property mgmt company only takes Visa/Discover. Most places that you can buy a visa gift card with a CC tack on an extra fee, or they don't take amex as payment, or they don't have a high enough denomination available. You can get some convenience checks if you have an Amex Credit (not charge) card, but you won't earn MR points on that (I am assuming that is your goal) and you will be charged with cash advance fees.
If your company takes discover, I would recommend getting a small biz Sams Club discover which offers 2% cashback on all purchases. In my situation, there is a convenience fee for using a CC, but I still end up way ahead with the cash back.
