Well I am back from Bonaire NA .Time for an update.... I did charge various
items in Bonaire in US DOLLARS on citibank AAdvantage card. The reciepts are from local Bonaire banks, when I got home and looked at my paper statement there were NO charges for foreign transactions. NOTE: all items purchased were in the stores with US dollar prices on them as most items in Bonaire are listed in US dollars. I dont think I am doing anything unusual, it just works out that way in Bonaire with Citicard No exchange fees, because no exchange necessary for US dollars.
